Built in Jos North
A secondary schools football league that doubles as a training ground for the people who make sport work off the pitch.
Why we exist
Talent in Jos North has never been the problem. Structure has. Students play brilliant football with no record of it, and the students who would rather commentate, film, write, organise or build the systems behind a competition have had nowhere to do that at all.
We run a properly organised league across eight secondary schools, and around it we run five talent tracks. Students take real roles on real matchdays, supervised by working professionals, and finish the season with a portfolio and a reference.
How the season runs
- Fourteen matchdays of league football, every school playing home and away.
- Weekly track training on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the league hub.
- Live matchday crews from matchday five: commentary, photography, data and officiating.
- Playoffs and a final at Rwang Pam Stadium, with an end-of-season showcase of student work.
Principles
What we hold to
Students first
Every decision is measured against what a 15-year-old gains from it.
Real standards
Fixtures start on time, results are published the same day, work is critiqued honestly.
Multidisciplinary
Football is the stage; commentary, media, tech, leadership and journalism are the curriculum.
Open to all
No fees for students of member schools, and tracks are open to non-players.

Every mentor and official is screened before working with students. Sessions are never one-to-one without a school representative present, images are only published with school consent, and a named welfare officer handles any concern raised by a student, parent or teacher.
